Returns & Exchanges: We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for a refund to the original payment method. After 7 days, items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of the purchase date.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Non-Returnable Items: Clearance and/or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Additionally, we do not accept returns on fragrance, candles, lotions, soaps, oils, and other consumable or personal care items. All returned items must be in their original condition—unused, unworn, and with tags attached. Jewelry must be unworn and returned in its original packaging. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing tags may not be eligible for return or exchange.
